Delivery charges vary based on your location and the weight of your package. We use SteadFast Courier for nationwide delivery. Charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Inside Dhaka: Lower delivery fee

  • Outside Dhaka: Standard courier rates apply

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash

  • Nagad

  • Bank Transfer (on request)

We are working to add more payment gateways soon for a better shopping experience.

  • In-stock items:

    • Dhaka City: 1–2 working days

    • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

  • Pre-order items:

    • Delivery takes approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of your order. You’ll be updated once your order is shipped.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS after placing your order.

Yes, every customer receives a digital invoice via email after the order is confirmed. If needed, we can also include a printed invoice in your package.
